In January 2011, Mark and Doraid represented 3 men charge with 8 counts of assault and battery.  The case became known in the media as "The Bridal Brawl".  While the clients were wrongly viewed as guilty in early media portrayals of the case, Mark and Doraid knew this wasn't the case.  Instead of accepting a plea offer for their clients, Mark and Doraid went to work.  They hired o video expert and analyzed frame by frame, hours of video of the incident taken from numerous camera angles.  During a week long jury trial, Mark and Doraid were able to show the jury that their clients were spit on and attacked and were lawfully defending themselves and their family members.  A jury found the 3 men Not Guilty on all counts.    In 2011, Mark and Doraid defended a local business man charged with Assault.  Following a trial, the client was found Not Guilty.
